This photo is of a family resting in a large concrete culvert pipe. inside this temporary home in East Pakistan [later known as Bangladesh] is a mother and two children. They are resting on a large straw mat. A number of metal bowls are in the entrance to this pipe. Inside the pipe on the left side is also a basket. In the background beyond the pipe are some people who appear to be standing in a line. A building can be seen behind the people.

The description on the back says, " Gerald Short, Archbold, Ohio, a Paxman in Mexico, works with storekeepers in small villages. He has set up a pig fattening project behind each store. The storekeepers take care of the pigs and thus demonstrate to their customers how to produce a fat pig in a short time."
