This series consists of materials created by the reunion committee in planning the reunion, conducting oral histories, and maintaining connections between PAX alumni after the reunion. The bulk of series consists of 51 VHS videotapes of interviews conducted with former PAX members at the reunion in September 2001. Other material sinclude letters sent on the occasion of an earlier PAX reunion in Normal, Illinois (1989) and a videotape of that reunion.

Hochstetler's collection consists of copies of MCC reports from the Vienna Methodist Church project, correspondence received while he served in Vienna, and outgoing correspondce. Also included are clippings about Palestine Pilgrimage IV.

Three 16 mm films, all transferred to DVD CAM and DVD. All films and access copies are housed in Box 9. Contents include: Film 1: Paraguay, 1952 (Depicting the building of the Mennonite Colony Road, 60 minutes, color, no sound) Film 2: Paraguay PAX, September 1, 1956 - September 7, 1958 (Depicting PAX workers building the Trans Chaco Road, color, no sound, 50 minutes). Film 3: Paraguay PAX, 1961-1963 (Depicting PAX workers building the Trans Chaco Road, color, no sound, 37 minutes) There are no transcripts identifying people, places, etc.

Includes four publications: Ahora (1975-1982), Noticerio (1975-1977), Ecos Menonitas (1984-1988), Nuevo Horizonte, (1991-1997). Extent: 0.5 linear feet

Includes audio and video recordings of conferences, assemblies, and church services, as well as some Spanish language Christian radio programs. Extent: 2.7 linear feet

Diaries, land records, indentures, wills, account books, Bible registers, and other miscellaneous documents of the Plank, Lantz, Blankenburg, and Yoder families. Extent: 2 linear feet

Records of organizations, committees, and clubs sponsored by the Congregation. These include the Literary Society, the Sewing Circle, the Youth Fellowship, and the Building Committee, among others. Extent: 1.4 linear feet.

Includes status, financial, annual, and management reports.  Researchers should note that no detailed reports are available past 1992.
