Records include church council minutes, board of directors' minutes, annual reports, a photo directory, the dedication program, and other miscellaneous documents. Also included are several sound recordings of services in the late 1960s, sermons delivered at the North Leo Mennonite Church by George Brunk II in December 1968, and a performance by the Gospel Messengers quartet in October 1968.

Papers include four essays written between 1951 and 1954, letters from Ellrose Zook and Frances Loucks (1926-1933), various stories and articles (1934-1970), various papers (1939-1987), and various subject files including but not limited to Gospel Herald editorials and additional published articles.

Summary:  This is about combining two magazines, Christian Monitor and The Mennonite Community.  This essay looks at the problems of replacing two magazines with one.  Problems will affect editorial policies, format, budget, advertising policies, and reader reaction. It was suggested that this study would be reviewed by the Mennonite Publication Board.

Letters show the development of their friendship in 1926 to dating in 1930 through 1933. They were married in August of 1934. Most letters come from Frances at the Nurses Home in La Junta, Colorado to Ellrose in Scottdale, Pa.
