This series consists of 2 sub-series of books plus one separate the book (numbered 0) related to the church construction and additions.

-b. "Protokoll und Tagebuch" (numbered 1 to 8), is about congregational meetings
-c. "Protokoll Buch der Sitzungen des Gemeinderates..." (numbered 1 to 5) about church council meetings.
In addition to official meetings, these books also record other significant events in the life of the congregations such as ordinations, baptisms, and special services. There are photographs of the baptismal candidates for various years and photographs taken at other events.

This series includes staff meeting minutes (1966-2015) and a few other various documents that relate to the everyday life of Westgate including musical programs, staff and faculty lists, student lists, notes for in-service days, newsletters, policy statements, special staff bulletins, terms of Employment between Mennonite Educational Society and Teacher of Westgate, teacher evaluation, mission statement, and more.
This series consists of Campus Development Project meeting minutes (1978), reports (1980, 1988-1989, 2006), statement of aims (1977), and architect Rudy P. Friesen's paperwork (1977-1978). The series also includes Exploration Committee meeting minutes and reports (2001-2003), Strategic Planning Committee minutes (2008-2009), Redevelopment Committee meeting minutes (2011), and Facility Search Committee meeting minutes and reports (2010-2011).
5 floppy disks and 1 optical disk are stored with the textual records. The digital files from these disks are stored on the Mennonite Heritage Archives' server. Files include excel spreadsheets with data and formulas to create maps, students addresses, students churches, banquet ticket sales, and four images of Prairie Architects Inc. promo drawings of the redevelopment. PPT and PowerPoint files were unreadable.
