Materials generated by the Indiana-Michigan Women's Missionary and Service Commission. This includes governing documents, minutes, annual reports, event programs, financial records, photographs, recordings, and more. The IN-MI WMSC changed its name to the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Women as a result of the merger of the Old Mennonite Church and the General Conference Mennonite Church.

Miscellaneous church records from Menominee River Fellowship. The most extensive records detail the MRF Retreat Day in January 1997, in which participants were asked to give their ideas for where they want to see the church grow in the future.

Personal papers of an (old) Mennonite Church pastor who served in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, primarily at Maple Grove Mennonite Church (Gulliver, Mich.).  Materials are divided into three series:

(1) Miscellaneous Materials, 1931-1980

(2) Sermons and Sermon Notes, circa 1950-1975

(3) Sound Recording Collection, circa 1960-1980

A small collection of records from a former Indiana-Michigan Conference congregation. These records were donated by former Pastor Vernard Guengerich, and primarily cover the period that he was pastor, 1971-1980.

The collection consists of sermon notes, ordination certificate, Sunday School outline, Gospel Herald articles, and a notebook.

A small collection of congregational records including bulletins, record books of women's and youth groups, building fund committee records, Bible school attendance statistics and records, information on the Bowman bequest, and other miscellaneous records. All of the records were collected by Norman Weaver, a long-time pastor of the congregation, and his wife Florence.

A small set of church records including photographs (some photocopied rather than originals), histories of the congregation, clippings and articles about congregational life, and scattered bulletins and programs for special events.

A small collection of bulletins contains the order of worship and congregational announcements pertaining to this Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference church that was formerly known as Petoskey Mennonite Church.

This set of congregational records includes business meeting minutes (1969-1989), church council meeting minutes (1974-1988), music committee meeting minutes (1974-1977), worship committee meeting minutes (1978-1983), records of the Women's Missionary and Service Auxiliary (1969-1986),  membership lists and statistics (1969-1989), and church bulletins (1974-1989).  It also includes a brief historical sketch of the congregation, material from the congregation's 10th anniversary celebration, and member reactions to the formation of Christian Peacemaker Teams in the 1980s.

A printed letter sent to J. N. Mast of Fairview, Michigan, expressing anti-Mennonite and and anti-German sentiment during World War I.  The letter was written by W. F. McNeely, Chairman of the American Defense Society of Oscoda County.

The papers include a photograph of Leonard and Verna Clemens, excerpts from his diary, and two personal memoirs in essay form :  "Mennonites in Michigan in 1900" and "Life in Goshen: The 1920s."

This small set of records includes the church treasurer's record (1957-1958), bulletins (1984-2016, incomplete), the constitution of the Upper Peninsula Youth Endeavor (undated), and the local ministers' fellowship meeting minutes (1962-1988, incomplete).  It also includes three folders of records kept by Norman and Florence Weaver on the history of the congregation and records under the Weavers' leadership.
