A small set of congregational records documenting the worship, outreach, and community life of a Mennonite church serving a university community.  Materials include governing documents, committee records, newsletters, membership records, Financial records, and miscellaneous materials.  The Michigan State University Mennonite Fellowship was a dual conference congregation, affiliated with both the (old) Mennonite Church and the General Conference Mennonite Church.

This small set of records includes the church treasurer's record (1957-1958), bulletins (1984-2016, incomplete), the constitution of the Upper Peninsula Youth Endeavor (undated), and the local ministers' fellowship meeting minutes (1962-1988, incomplete).  It also includes three folders of records kept by Norman and Florence Weaver on the history of the congregation and records under the Weavers' leadership.

This set of congregational records includes business meeting minutes (1969-1989), church council meeting minutes (1974-1988), music committee meeting minutes (1974-1977), worship committee meeting minutes (1978-1983), records of the Women's Missionary and Service Auxiliary (1969-1986),  membership lists and statistics (1969-1989), and church bulletins (1974-1989).  It also includes a brief historical sketch of the congregation, material from the congregation's 10th anniversary celebration, and member reactions to the formation of Christian Peacemaker Teams in the 1980s.

Mennonite Church Indiana-Michigan Conference Mission Board Records

The Indiana-Michigan Conference Mission Board not only operated a number of domestic mission stations in Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky, but also supported the work of missionaries abroad.  In 1970, the mission board was dissolved and replaced by a mission committee.  These records are divided into several series.
