This is a photo of only the boys attending the Silberfeld School. The picture was taken outside of the school building. It seems the sun was quite bright that day as many of the boys are either squinting their eyes or looking away from the camera.

A man, possibly Maurice Plummer, loads cardboard onto the back of a truck. Behind him is a shed in which a pile of cardboard can be seen. This is possibly the horse shed, no longer extant, behind Stirling Avenue. The cardboard was likely collected by the "Busy Bees," a Stirling junior youth group doing odd jobs for the Crusaders program, for recycling.

A large group gathered outside in a village setting. A label on the photograph reads "Congregation at Sirko, Basma." This is likely related to the work of missionaries Lillian and Cyril Forth, with the Sudan Interior Mission. The Stirling Avenue congregation were supporters of the Forths.
Former YWCA Activity Center building, which was later purchased by Pacific Bible Institute
[194-] The former YWCA Activity Center would later become Pacific Bible Institute. This photo evidently taken while the building was used by California National Guard.
