Most of the papers are photocopies from the National Archives and Library of Congress related to Teichroew’s thesis or dissertation (never completed) about Mennonites in World War I. There is some later material also, World War 2 related.

Allan Kroeker

This is a photo of Allan Kroeker, Canadian film-maker, who produced such films as "God Is Not a Fish Inspector", adapted from the short story by the same name by W.D. Valgardson; "How Much Land Does a Man Need?", adapted from the story by Leo Tolstoy; "Make Peace With the Earth, a documentary made for Mennonite Central Committee; and "The Strongest Man in the World", based on the life of Mike Swistun who worked with Ringling Bros., Barnum and Bailey Circus. Kroeker led a seminar on films and film-making on the campus of Fresno Pacific College, Fresno, Calif., February 10-12, 1981. A personalia item of him, along with this photo, was carried in the April 10, 1981 issue of the MB Herald, p. 28.
