The collection consists of the papers of Henry Brenneman and Henry B. Brenneman including diaries, account books, land deeds, tax receipts, business correspondence, poems and small publications.

Consists of an arithmetic exercise book begun in 1821. Also includes a few other short texts apparently from Isaac Schroeder descendants.

Wall's diary 1824-1860 of events in his region. Also a listing of births, deaths, etc. mentioned in the diary, compiled by Glenn Penner. The title "Record Book of the Chortitza Mennonite Settlement 1824-1860" also seems to have been used for this document, although it isn't really an accurate description.

A set of letters, recipes, healing formulas, congregational records, and miscellaneous documents most likely collected by Friedrich Hage, the first bishop of Martins Creek [Mennonite] Church (Millersburg, Ohio).  Samuel Mast was Friedrich Hage's son-in-law.  Most of these documents are in German, but some have been translated into English.

This collections holds archival items that persons have contributed to the EMC Archives. The materials have been classified usually by the name of the donor or collector, and occassionally by the name of a corporate body or creator of the materials. The classified "Name" was also assigned a number sequentially as the collections were processed and appears in parenthesis after the name. There are over 70 names under which the "Persons" archival collection has been classified. The content ranges from family papers, church records, school and community records, diaries and financial accounts and other historical writings.

The collection includes several transcriptions of a letter written in 1873 regarding a church disciplinary issue, and the transcriptions and the original military document from the Bavarian army for Jost Bally dated 1825.

Personal papers of A. J. (Abram Jacob)  Metzler, consisting of sermon outlines, correspondence, subject files, and audio recordings. Records of Metzler's travels and work abroad are included, as are his published articles, his files on congregations he pastored, and a biography of him along with family records.

This collection is divided into the following series:

Included is a $100.00 share of stock in the Lancaster Elizabethtown and Middletown Turnpike Road Company made out to George L. Mayer and noted distributions to Eli G. Reist in various installments until 1920.

The book probably came from grandson H. Albert Claassen of Beatrice, Nebraska, but there is no definite acquisition information.

Notes and other miscellaneous papers found in Susannah Yoder's Bible, including a copy of a "judgment note," several notes recording loans and other financial transactions, and a letter addressed to "Mr. Conry" from Ollie O. Elikins[?] of Knox Co. Tenn.[?].

Box 1 is books of aunt Mrs. P. R. (Louise) Schmidt. Boxes 2 and 3 are a wide variety of documents from his ancestors and relatives, mostly of the Alexanderwohl community, dating back at least to the early 19th century.
