The collection consists of sermon notes on a variety of topics.

This small collection contains the organization records, correspondence and activitied for the Mennonite Men organization for Pacific District Conference of General COnference Mennonite Church.

Correspondence and subject files pertaining to the administration of various facilities managed by the Mennonite Board of Missions.  These facilities include the  La Junta Mennonite Hospital and Sanatarium, Frontier Boys Village, West Liberty Children's Home / Adriel School, Schowalter Village, and many other facilities.

Records of the Mennonite General Conference officer charged with managing the monies of the General Conference and its committees, including the Mennonite Commission for Christian Education, the Mennonite Historical Committee, the General Council, the Executive Committee, and the Peace Problems Committee.  Materials include financial journals, treasurer's correspondence, and minutes of the budget and finance committee.  Researchers should note that the treasurer's correspondence includes copies of correspondence from the moderator and other executive committee members that was not otherwise retained.

In 1964, the executive secretary's office began managing the money of the General Conference and its committees, and In 1967, Mennonite Mutual Aid (Everence) took over bookkeeping for the General Conference.

Minutes and accompanying documents of the governing board ot the Mennonite Board of Missions Health and Welfare Committee from 1957 to 1981. Also includes minutes of its predecessor committees, the Child Welfare Committee (1951-1957) and the Committee on Hospitals and Homes (1953-1957).

This series contains meeting minutes, reports, and the correspondence and subject files of leaders committee leaders.

This set of records consists primarily of bulletins documenting the order of worship and congregational activities.  Other materials include newsletters (1995-2003), a pictorial directory and history of the congregaion (1980), and information on Richard Yoder's ordination service in 1957.

Accounting records of the Mennonite Board of Missions; most years include payroll information.  Researchers should note that the general ledger is not available for the 1992-1993, 1993-1994, and 1994-1995 fiscal years. Researchers should also note that the Mennonite Board of Missions fiscal year is not identical to the calendar year.

The collection consists of correspondence, research notes and interviews related to an anthropological study on Old Order Amish family life in Nappanee, Indiana.

A small set of records from the office of the third secretary of the Mennonite Board of Missions, J. D. Graber, who served in that capacity from 1944 to 1966.  Materials include correspondence with C. L. Graber, correspondence regarding urban missions, miscellaneous reports, and telephone call log books.

The majority of material in these papers consists of genealogical research files and correspondence regarding genealogical research on four family lines:

(1) Jacob Showalter, immigrated  to America in 1750)

(2) Cyrus B. Showalter (1857-1937) and Lydia Wenger (1860-)

(3) John Slabach (1806-1861), immigrated to Somerset County, Pennsylvania in 1829

(4) John Zimmerman (1843-1923), immigrated to Ohio in 1856.

The papers also include Lester Jay Zimmerman's chapel presentations of 1951-1952.

This series consists primarily of committee meeting minutes.  Other records include Orie O. Miller's correspondence in his capacity as a member of the committee and records pertaining to a subcommittee on the Church-wide will-annuity program.
