These facilities include the La Junta Mennonite Hospital and Sanatarium, Frontier Boys Village, West Liberty Children's Home / Adriel School, Schowalter Village, and many other facilities.

Records of the Mennonite General Conference officer charged with managing the monies of the General Conference and its committees, including the Mennonite Commission for Christian Education, the Mennonite Historical Committee, the General Council, the Executive Committee, and the Peace Problems Committee. Materials include financial journals, treasurer's correspondence, and minutes of the budget and finance committee. Researchers should note that the treasurer's correspondence includes copies of correspondence from the moderator and other executive committee members that was not otherwise retained.
In 1964, the executive secretary's office began managing the money of the General Conference and its committees, and In 1967, Mennonite Mutual Aid (Everence) took over bookkeeping for the General Conference.

A small set of records from the office of the third secretary of the Mennonite Board of Missions, J. D. Graber, who served in that capacity from 1944 to 1966. Materials include correspondence with C. L. Graber, correspondence regarding urban missions, miscellaneous reports, and telephone call log books.

The majority of material in these papers consists of genealogical research files and correspondence regarding genealogical research on four family lines:
(1) Jacob Showalter, immigrated to America in 1750)
(2) Cyrus B. Showalter (1857-1937) and Lydia Wenger (1860-)
(3) John Slabach (1806-1861), immigrated to Somerset County, Pennsylvania in 1829
(4) John Zimmerman (1843-1923), immigrated to Ohio in 1856.
The papers also include Lester Jay Zimmerman's chapel presentations of 1951-1952.
