This collection includes organizational records from the Welcome Committee, originally an ad hoc committee of the Mennonite Church to reflect on the church's attitude toward homosexuality in the Mennonite Church. The materials include responses to an open letter, published booklets,  correspondence and order records.

Correspondence and subject files of the Mennonite Board of Education. Files are arranged alphabetically by topic and reflect the work and concerns of the official education program agency of the (old) Mennonite Church.

Organizational records of Ohio Mennonite Women, a regional conference affiliate of Mennonite Women USA. Contains agendas, minutes, reports, promotional materials, and project files.

This collection includes Brethern in Christ papers, programs and missions listings; an obituary and family activities calendar.

This small collections includes planning and history records, minutes of meetings, legal papers, finances, news and computer disks.

Includes packets of organizational information given to members of the board of directors and minutes and dockets (with reports) for board meetings.

Researchers should note that there are no minutes, dockets, or reports available between March 2001 and March 2003.

A small set of files pertaining to John Howard Yoder.  Materials include correspondence regarding Yoder's seminar at Eastern Mennonite University in January 1997 and former Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary (AMBS) president Nelson Kraybill's correspondence regarding John Howard Yoder in 1997 and 1998.

Assorted reports, manuals, brochures, and informal publications produced by the denominational office responsible for clergy credentialing.  Also includes records of the reference committee, which advised denominational ministerial leadership staff.  Some materials predate the creation of the Mennonite Church USA but clearly contributed to the foundation for policies and practices in the new denomination.

Circle of Hope Mennonite Fellowship records include worship service materials, minutes, financial statements and official documents from 1997 to 2005.

The newsletters of Mennonite women contain information about the organization's officers, activities, and interests.  The newsletter was titled "Mennonite Women" from 1997 through 2002, and "Mennonite Women USA" from 2003 through 2005.  In 2002, Mennonite Women USA introduced a monthly email newsletter entitled "News and Notes from Mennonite Women USA, " its last issue appearing in January 2006.  In August 2003, another email newsletter entitled "Postcard and a Prayer" debuted and has continued through the present (2013).

Minutes, correspondence, reports, and miscellaneous materials created by the interim board that provided leadership in the transition from two denominational magazines to one semi-independent magazine associated with the Mennonite Church USA.
