Arranged alphabetically, the subject files reflect the many activities of the organization from Asia Mennonite Conference to World Mission Training Task Force. Included are financial records and correspondence.

Records Kraybill maintained about his contacts with congregants in the congregations he served.  These include dates of visits, topics discussed, and sometimes notes regarding the congregant's difficulties or spirit.  Kraybill also pasted in obituaries or other announcements when congregants of family members appeared in local newspapers.  These records are restricted until January 2, 2035.

Krabill's thorough daily record of his personal and pastoral activities. Like the pastoral visition records, the diaries contain many details about the lives of his congregants. The diaries also contain information about Krabill's home and family life.

Weekly programs documenting worship and congregational life.

Earliest records provide information about attendance at summer Bible schools. After 1953, these records include programmatic information as well. Slides depicting the 1966 Vacation Bible School may also be found in this series.

Contains conference constitutions and resolutions from 1875 to 1964. Also included are policy manuals and correspondence regarding the proposal of new constitutions.

Contains reports and minutes recording meetings of the Executive Committee and assorted subcommittees beginning in 1946. Correspondence related to the Executive Board, particularly secretaries Harold Thomas, Edwin Alderfer, James Burkholder, Paul Shank, and Paul Erb, is also included.

Contains materials from various Christian education-related committees, including the Sunday School Conference, Education Board, Education Committee, School Committee, and Education Cabinet ranging from 1895 to 1974. Materials include constitutions, conference programs, meeting minutes and reports, correspondence, research projects, curricula, and teacher improvement plans.

Incoming and outgoing correspondence pertaining to S. Paul Miller's mission work in India. Most often in these letters, Miller represents specific Mennonite or Indian Christian organizations.

Consists of the treasurer's incoming and outgoing correspondence (incomplete), monthly reports of cash received, monthly and annual reports (incomplete), cash jounals, and miscellaneous financial data.

Includes program materials and correspondence from conventions starting in 1947 and meeting every 2-3 years beginning in the 1970's. These meetings offered professional and faith input and also served as retreat opportunities.
