Also included are extensive records from the Women's Missionary and Service Commission (WMSC), including their meeting minutes and reports, programs, and treasurer's records up to 1993. Videotapes of WMSC's 50th anniversary and assorted Mission Commission events are also included.

Includes several revisions of the constitution and by-laws, a 1963 statement on polity, and minutes from 1920 to 1970. The minutes include both the executive committee minutes and the annual meeting minutes.

Beginning as "Missionary Days" or "Mission Days" held at local congregations, the Mission Board annual meeting became an annual event in the mid-1950s. Materials in this box include meeting announcements and programs (including schedules) and reports delivered at the annual meetings from 1955 through 1970.

Typed and handwritten sermons, most of which are organized alphabetically by topic. Files also include some collected preparation materials, such as tracts, clippings, brochures, etc. Many preparation materials were weeded from the collection when it was reprocessed in 2013, primarily clippings and full issues of periodicals such as Christianity Today, Pulpit Digest, and Gospel Herald.

A set of papers created by one of the leaders of the Mennonite Relief Commission on War Sufferers that consists primarily of correspondence. Other materials include his account of a trip to the Near East, Orie O. Miller's diary of his tri to Mennonite communities of South Russia, and assorted tracts, reports, and brochures about Mennonite aid to people in war-torn areas and Syrian relief efforts.

Levi Mumaw served as secretary and treasurer of the Mennonite Relief Commission for War Sufferers. HIs papers include official correspondence as well as the minutes and programs of organizational meetings (in Box 2). Other materials include relief worker applicantions and correspondence, correspondence with sewing circles, receipts for clothing sent abroad, and packing lists for relief workers.
