Scattered documents from Kraus's career as a professor of Bible and religion at Goshen College, including a holiday letter, four addresses from "Perspectives Week" on the topic "Change and Search for Criteria," and a flyer advertising his lectures on "The Koikonia of the Spirit" at Bethel College.  Also included are two letters written by William Coffman regarding William and John S. Coffman's dismissal from the Mennonite Publishing Company in Elkhart, Indiana.

Contains a letter written by Brunk, describing her work as a nurse with Mennonite Central Committee in Pusan, Korea. The scroll, presented to Brunk by the Korean Nursing Association of Pusan, features the Nightingale Pledge written in Korean. Also includes a journal from her experiences working as a "C.O. Girl" in the Hudson River State Hospital for the Insane in Poughkeepsie, NY, during the summer of 1945.

Completed examinations of prospective faculty members, many of whom were hired to teach at Goshen College, Hesston College, and La Junta School of Nursing.  Examinations contain biographical information and answers to questions regarding applicants' sympathy towards the Dortrecht Confession, the policies of the Mennonite Board of Education, and the conduct standards of the Mennonite Church.  Some examinations also have brief, but insightful notes about the candidates written by examiners.
