Personal papers of a longtime advocate for stewardship education in the Mennonite Church. Of note are an unpublished memoir and a large collection of notes and outlines for speeches and sermons on the topic of Christian stewardship.

The collection includes biographical information, trip diaries, presentation notes, and sermon materials of Paul M. and Ann Keener Gingrich.  The Gingerichs served as missionaries in Ethiopia, and Paul Gingerich later provided leadership for the Mennonite Board of Missions.

The richest materials among these photographs are the140 color slides depicing Thut's volunteer work in England with German prisoners of war after World War II and his subsequent travel in the Western United States to Civilian Public Service (CPS) camps. These labeled and well-composed slides include images of Thut's living and working conditions in England, art work made by German POWs, and scenes of CPS work in Montana, South Dakota, and California. Also of note is a slide of Peter and Elfrieda Dyck's wedding gifts.

Other materials among Thut's photographs include a number of poorly-labeled black and white photographic prints of Goshen College in the early 1920s. Notable scenes include a May Day celebration and the construction of the college gymnasium. Also included is his passport obtained in 1944.

Personal papers of Lores E. Steury, consisting largely of gathered information on the Amish Christian Church (including information highlighted in the book The Amish Christian Church: Its History and Legacy by Fredrick J. Schrock). Holdings also include personal information about Steury, including diaries, photographs, newspaper clippings, and drafts of an autobiography.

A small set of governing documents, correspondence, and guest registers associated with this seemingly tongue-in-cheek social organization founded by male Mennonite college students seeking marriagable mates.  Founding officers include John A. Hostetler, Ray E. Horst, Willard D. Hunsberger, Calvin Wall Redekop, and Harvey Toews.

The collection includes early college papers, Goshen College debate team material, and a Bible survey.

The Festival of the People was an event sponsored by Goshen College in cooperation with the Brethren in Christ Church, the Northern Indiana District of the Church of the Brethren, the Central District General Conference Mennonites and the Board of Congregational Ministries of the Mennonite Church, to renew congregations. The collection includes a program, brochure, workshop locations, and workshop leaders.

These records document the process of constructing a church for the College Mennonite Church Congregation on the Goshen College campus.  Records include meeting minutes, correspondence, and agreements between the college and the congregation pertaining to the use and maintenance of the church building.

Personal papers of a Mennonite preacher, college administrator, and theology professor whose career helped to reframe the Mennonite faith for the next generation. These papers are divided into five series:

These records consist of the meeting minutes and supplementary documents created by and distributed to members of the Board of Overseers and its predecessor institution, the Local Board.  Budget and finance records, staff reports, policy documents, and other key information in the adminstration of Goshen College may be found in these records.

Note that these records do not cover the period from 1942-1959, as the Mennonite Board of Education did not appoint a separate governing board for Goshen College during those years.  Consult the Mennonite Board of Education Records, Series V-01-01, to find information regarding Goshen College when no local governing board existed.

The collection contains the organizational records of the Goshen College Hispanic Ministries program. The material includes correspondence, reports, program, minutes and prospective students records.

The collection consists of the grade book for a History and Appreciation of Music class taught by Amos S. Ebersole at Goshen College in 1921.

Personal papers of Christian L. Graber and Mina Roth Graber, consisting of correspondence, diaries, sermons, scrapbooks, geneological records, and information about Christian L. Graber's time as a conscientious objector during World War I, his stint as a relief worker, and his service to Mennonite Central Committee.
