The byline in "The Canadian Mennonite" suggests the conference took place in VIrgil, however this church appears to be St. Catharines United Mennonite. Related to 1998-14.294 which was used in the CM. Erland Waltner, pres. of Mennonite Biblical Seminary guest speaker, is 3rd from left in the front. J. J.
