Von Gunten's presenting candle, Manigotagan

This is a photograph of a candle ceremony during the twenty-third annual family camp at Manigotagan, Manitoba. Twelve candles (representing the twelve apostles) were given by Native Ministry staff to the local community, marking the end of their work in Manigotagan. In this photo Neill von Gunten (holding candle) and Edith von Gunten (holding gifts) are giving one of the candles. Norman Meade is to the left of Neill with his head bowed.
