This is a photo of Bernard Ominayak (right), chief of the Lubicon Lake Indian Band in northern Alberta, who appeared briefly at the MCCC annual Board meeting. He thanked MCCC for supporting them in working toward a peaceful land claim settlement. He is show here with (left to right) Board members Ernest Friesen and Jake Harder, and MCCC Director for Native Concerns, Menno Wiebe.
