This is probably a group of AMR workers, but none are identified except Alvin J. Miller, in the front, who has a white cloth wrapped around his hat. This photo was included in the Novorossiysk envelope. Arthur Slagel and A. J. Miller travelled to this seaport on the Albatross in April 1921 in an attempt to enter Russia. The trip was unsuccessful and they had to return to Constantinople.

It is believed that the men are Alvin J. Miller and Arthur Slagel when they were in Novorossiysk, the seaport in Russia. Arthur Slagel and A. J.
