Their mother was Maria (Letkemann) Janz (1857-1894. No birth dates are currently available for Heinrich, Peter and Jacob; therefore it can't be determined which one is which.

The boys in dark clothing with caps are Anna's sons Gerhard (far left) later known as George and Johann, later known as John. The infant in front is unknown.
