Records of the African American constituency group of the (old) Mennonite Church. Emerging from the Minority Ministries Council, the African American Mennonite Association began its orginizational life as the Black Council or Black Caucus. In the early 1980s the name was changed to the African American Mennonite Association (AAMA). The AAMA strove to support black and racially integrated congregations in the (old) Mennonite Church through annual assemblies and programming, leadership training, educational opportunites, and congregational economic development.

Shenk Shank, the Shank children, Lydia Shank's sister and brother-in-law (Lillie and James Norman Kaufman), and other assorted Shank family members. Materials include incoming correspondence documenting Mennonite missionary work, photographs, school materials, circle letters circulated among the Shank's children, articles and other writings of Lydia Shank, collected prayers of international Christian women in the 1950s, a number of sound recordings of funerals and memorial services, and other miscellaneous family materials.

Civilian Public Service Camp No. 58 (Farnhurst, Del.) Collection 1942-1949, 1990-2013
This collection documents the activities of members of the Civilian Public Service (CPS) Camp #58 in Farnhurst, Delaware from 1942 through 1946. Camp reunion files give insight into how the CPS experience affected the lives of those who served. Included are D. Paul Miller's personal scrapbook during his time of service, materials related to the camp's softball team (the Red Comb Arrows), The Crusaders Quartet, and later circle letters and reunion documents.

Brunk II (1983), political and social issues, and his work with Goshen College and the Mennonite Board of Congregational Ministries. Also included in the collection is a diary of his experiences in 2008 as Interim Lead Pastor at First Mennonite Church in Berne, Ind. and sound recordings of a six sermon series preached at College Mennonite Church (Goshen, Ind.) in 1986.
