Offical and unofficial records of an African American Mennonite church begun by James and Rowena Lark as a mission project in the Pruitt-Igoe housing project in St. Louis, Missouri.  Records are divided into several series:

Records, primarily bulletins, of a Mennonite congregation in Wayne County, Ohio, historically affiliated with the (old) Mennonite Church.  Of particular interest is a photocopy of the 1894 handwritten church history and register, in German.

A small set of relatively recent records documenting the history of the Mennonite Church of Normal.  Materials include church bulletins, annual congregational meeting minutes and reports, church directories, and six audiotapes of Sunday worship (two from 1983, two from 1988, and 2 from 1993).

This collection also includes some materials from First Mennonite Church (Normal, Illinois) and Bloomington Mennonite Church (Normal, Illinois), which merged to become the Mennonite Church of Normal, Illinois.

Records of a small Mennonite congregation founded as an Olive Mennonite Church church plant in 1950.  These records are divided into the following series:

Bulletins, newsletters, and other assorted records from a Mennonite congregation in Wayne County, Ohio, historically affiliated with the (old) Mennonite Church.

Papers of a layman and church secretary of the Howard -Miami Mennonite congregation in Kokomo, Ind.  Materials pertain to lay religious and congregational life and document sermons preached and heard, offerings made, and congregational membership.

These records, created by a Mennonite congregation in Goshen, Ind., are divided into four series:

The bulk of the materials in this collection consist of sermons, poems, songs, and catechisms, a church register, and other religious writings documenting Mennonite church and community life in Balk, Friesland (The Netherlands) during the first part of nineteenth century, 1786-1850. The papers also include sermons, poems, correspondence, and other miscellaneous records pertaining to Balk Mennonite life in New Paris, Indiana.

Most materials are in Dutch. Available English translations are noted in the detailed collection description.

The collection is organized into series, most of which are groups of documents associated with the Smid Family siblings and the wife of R. J. Smid. Series include:

This set of records consists primarily of mid and late 20th century bulletins and newsletters documenting congregational life and worship.  Also included are two very early Sunday school record books (1859) a Bible conference program (1905), a centennial program (1962), a congregational history entitled "A Century and a Half with the Mennonites at Walnut Creek," and annual reports from 1984 to 1990 (1989 missing).

Three and one-half years of church bulletins from a Mennonoite church that began as a Kidron Mennonite Church mission post and tent evangelism site.  Bulletins include schedules of worship, names of sorship leaders, and congregational announcements.
