In the art. the photo is described as: A weeping child without food, clothes or its mothers love and "young children with passionate pleas for help in their eyes." The child is from a foreign country, possibly Hong Kong. (See also 1994-14.157 from Paraguay which is part of this series.)
A young boy, perhaps 3 years old, is pointing a (toy?) gun in the direction of the photographer. The boy may be Japanese. A MCC photo but no information about it.
