The inside of the Gronau refugee camp

Note on back: The inside of the Gronau refugee camp. Each rectangle represents someone's "home." Photo taken from 2nd floor, looking down on narrow enclosures created with blankets around beds. A large light fixture hangs from the ceiling at right. A large column is visible to right of fixture, indicating the building is some institution or larger home of well to do people. Similar to photo published in Frank H. Epp's book: Mennonite Exodus, p.383.
