The five recipients in this photograph from left to right are: Henry Thiesen of Rosenort, Ted Friesen of Altona, Myrna Stark of Morris, George Gushuliak of Emerson, and Olly Penner of Altona. They received their medals at the Altona Civic Centre. There were 20 recipients of this medal in all of Manitoba.
