Originally known as the Holmfield/Smith Hill Mennonite Brethren Church. At some point the congregation divided into the Holmfield and Lena congregations. Later the two merged together again, moved to Killarney, in 1967 and took the name Lakeview Mennonite Brethren Church. Changed name to Lakeview Community Church in 2001.
