-began in 1982 as a Winnipeg Vietnamese and Chinese Church sponsored by MCC, Manitoba Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches and Conference of Mennonites in Manitoba.
-in 1986 the congregation split into a Vietnamese church (CMM-related) and a Chinese church (MB-related).
-in 1987 the Winnipeg Chinese MB Church had its chartering service with 35 members

Sperling Mennonite Brethren Church (Sperling, Manitoba)

Began services in 1928, and formally organized in 1932. It closed and joined Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church temporarily in 1954, but became independent again soon after. The congregation dissolved in the 1970s.
