Scope and content
The Jitney was Peter P. Dyck's first fully covered vehicle. He bought himself a Jeep using the money that he made during the summers raffling off his model houses. He had the jeep modified during the winter of 1945 so that he could drive it while lying on his stomach. This vehicle allowed Peter to drive much further and in any kind of weather.
