This is a photo of an Inter-Aid Committee doctor and paramedic examining patients and prescribing medicine to Afghan refugees living in Pakistan's North-West frontier Province. They are set up in a barren area at a couple of small tables. The IAC doctor and paramedic serve with a mobile health unit supervised by Martha Neufeld, an MCCer seconded to Inter-Aid committee.
