Personal papers of a Mennonite missionary to Puerto Rico and advocate for Hispanic Mennonite Congregations in the United States.  The papers are divided into four series:

The collection contains the organizational records of the Goshen College Hispanic Ministries program. The material includes correspondence, reports, program, minutes and prospective students records.

These records consist of bulletins (1984-2008), church council and congregational minutes and supporting documentation (interfiled, 1978-2001), reports (1986-2001) and other miscellaneous records of a Hispanic Mennonite congregation in Goshen, Indiana.

Records of the Hispanic constituancy group of Mennonite Church USA.  Include constitutions, directories, and records of the organization's general board and executive committee.  Also includes booklet from the first assembly. Records are primarily in Spanish.

A small set of records documenting the first Hispanic Mennonite congregation.  Records consist primarily of bulletins, but also include scattered directories, newsletters, reports, and other records. Previous names for the congregation include Iglesia Menonite Mexicana, Latin American Mennonite Church, and Second Mennonite Church.

Records of a department of the Mennonite Board of Missions that worked to strengthen and support racial and ethnic minority congregations, to assist the church in relating to minority communities, to serve as liaison between militant groups and the church, and to help the church understand and practice the radical discipleship of Jesus Christ. Materials include council minutes and publications, photographs, and correspondence and subject files of minority council leaders.

The collection consists of 20 photographic prints from Millard Osborne's time in voluntary service in Mathis, Texas from 1955 to 1957.

A small set of records documenting relationships between the Women's Missionary and Service Commission and three other Mennonite women's groups:  Grupos Hispanos Femeniles del la Iglesia Menonita, Central Women's Organization of the Mennonite Church in India, and the Northwest Ohio Mennonite Business and Professional Women's Organization. Records consist primarily of correspondence, event programs, and a scrapbook.
