Biographical history
Glen D. Graber was born in Wayland, Iowa in 1920. He married June Strait, whom he met while working for Mennonite Central Committee in China. The Grabers then served with Mennonite Central Committee and the General Conference Mennonite Church in Taiwan (Formosa), working under James and Lillian Dickson of the Presbyterian Church. In Taiwan, the Grabers not only worked with orphans, the blind, and lepers, but also provided medical care and evangelized to the Taiwanese aborigines.
