This photograph shows a group of women and 3 men standing on steps in front of the Zion Church, corner of Alexander Avenue and Ellen Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Schoenwieser Mennonite Church / First Mennonite Church). The women are probably all from the Eben Ezer Maedchenheim, Winnipeg. It is the Bible School Class of 1934-35.
Following persons have been identified:
Row 1: l-r, Aelt . Daniel Loewen, - Braun, with lace collar, Agnes Willms, Aelt. Johann H. Enns ;
Row 5: Liese Klassen, Maria (Mika) Klassen (Mrs. Franz Dyck);
Row 8: last row, Edward Klassen, (son of Aelt. Johann P. Klassen).
Other persons on photograph are Erna Martens (Mrs. Plenert) (1910-1972) and Margaret Derksen (1901-1983)
