Women at an MCC post-war home in West Berlin
4 German women are shown around a table in the post war MCC home for refugee women in West Berlin, Germany. An MCC quilt is on a bed in the background. The photo was likely taken by Alice Snyder during her MCC service in Germany. It was reproduced by Lucille Marr in Aug. 1999 as part of the MCC Ont. History Project, from Alice Snyder's slide collection (slide #83).

The 1st photo shows the young people's group which gave the church a silver plate, being held be a girl in the front, for use in communion. In the 2nd photo the young people eat at tables at a camp (MFD = MVS) in Heiligensee, Berlin. In the 3rd photo the young people prepare food at a retreat (Freizeit). Not used in the CM. Information is on the back of the photos.
