Biographical history

Son of Benjamin and Rosanna (Martin) Sauder. Married to Gladys Gingerich, and later Dorothy Swartzentruber. In Alternative Service at Montreal River, winter of 1942-1943. From St. Jacobs, Ontario, he was raised on a farm and was a woodworker at the time he left for Alternative Service.His second Alternative Service assignment was at a farm in Dashwood, Ontario.
