Scope and content
Visitors stand in front of the office at an Alternative Service work camp. Left to right: Grace McKerrachen, Dorothy Jelousey, Mrs. Sloan, Mrs. Henderson (possibly Gertrude Henderson), Joyce Cowly, Mr. Henderson (possibly James Henderson). Two identical photos in the album. Caption on back of one reads: "These are a few of the friends which come out and visit us, from Victoria, B.C." Rufus Jutzi recorded in his diary in July 1942: "Mr. and Mrs. Henderson and some other people out from Victoria to sing for us."
